The Movement Studio Pilates is a full service Pilates studio situated in the heart of Vancouver’s Kitsilano neighbourhood.  Since 1999 we have offered mat and group Pilates in addition to other movement based programming. 

Our studio is a warm and inviting space where our experienced instructors take clients through led classes Monday through Saturday.

The Studio is fully equipped with Balanced Body equipment.
