It’s that time of year again: the very beginning of the year! Always an exciting time because we feel that we all get a fresh start, a time to really set in motion those goals we have always wanted to accomplish.
For most people, 2013 is no different, and everyone is dedicated to start and keep those New Year’s resolutions alive. For many (especially after the heavy holidays), their resolutions are fitness related. If you are looking to get into a new exercise rhythm or just want to restore your body’s healthy state, don’t forget pilates! A pilates class will help get out those holiday kinks put in your neck by cooking non-stop, wrapping presents, or dealing with vast quantities of guests and family. It will also help trim away that extra pound or two you may have gained amidst the holiday cheer.
