I've had some experience with Wii games and they can be fun. The new ones like EA Active really get people moving and allow them to burn calories and have fun. But I sure wouldn't assume I'm doing real Pilates by following a Wii game, any more than I'd think I was doing real surgery with one of the first Wii games called Trauma Center.

Maybe it's a good thing because it makes the practice more accessible. And maybe more people will be interested in checking out the real thing. I haven't used EA Active in months now because I'd rather spend my free time doing real exercise.
